How the process works
- Review: WOP discusses the property, current tenancy or vacancy, your priorities and immediate concerns.
- Prepare: The appropriate documents, certificates, access arrangements and marketing information are identified.
- Market: WOP coordinates local marketing through iAD and conducts viewings.
- Progress: The iAD lettings team handles applicant progression, referencing, tenancy documentation and move-in arrangements.
- Manage: iAD provides ongoing tenancy and property-management support under the agreed Terms of Business.
- Review: The arrangement can be revisited as circumstances change.
